STRIDERS, SPROCKETS & NEW RIDERS
Tuesdays 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM
These sessions are open to all riders, with a focus on young riders in the Strider and Sprocket classes, newcomers to BMX, or new club members seeking additional guidance and practice. The training emphasises basic skills such as bike control, balance, coordination, and foundational riding techniques.
To ensure safety and allow participants to focus, the track is closed to all riders during club-organised training sessions.
Riders are encouraged to stay after training for Club Night - it's the perfect way to put new skills to use and practice racing alongside others of similar experience!
