Article 2  Youth Devo and Transponders

NDC Camp dates are being finalised & will be updated ASAP- Championship Class Worlds qualifying events are yet to be confirmed.Once CNZ advise these will be updated to this ONLINE calendar.- the 2019 Championship Nationals location & date is still unconfirmed,pending UCI confirmation.- A possible South Island Super Series is being planned, more detailwill be advised if it comes to fruition- Please note all BMXNZ Major Events will be TRANSPONDER events.Information is starting to be loaded to www.bmxnz.co.nz [1] >TRANSPONDERS check it out.  To All Clubs & Regions,Something we have noted as we are e-mailing a lot of your membersdirectly & not through the clubs, around transponders & profiles.There are some mail providers that have stronger spam rules than others,so if any of your members are on providers like Xtra, they may need toadd the following domains into their (and your) address books, so thatthese domains will be allowed to send e-mails to you.BMXnz.co.nzcyclingnewzealand.nzbmxevents.nznzbmx.clubCheersDion

  All Clubs & Regions,This is just a quick reminder for the sport of the Licence numberstandards.  It seems lots of people are struggling to remember whattheir BMXNZ Race Licence number is. If in doubt, advise your members tolook on their BMXNZ Licence card, but the following confirms the variousnumber sets people are using which seems to be confusing people.OFFICIAL BMXNZ Licence Number (sample number in the correct format) -NZ1011234OLD BMXNZ licence number (sample number in the old format) - NZ1234  **no longer used due to sport growth**OLD UCI Code NZLYYYYMMDD **no longer used by UCI**CURRENT UCI ID 123456789012  ** Used for Major UCI events only**Please only use the OFFICIAL BMXNZ License Number in NZ & when logginginto the Rider PortalIf you have any questions, please do contact me on the detail below.CheersDion

 

Article 6 Transponders  

To all Clubs & Regions,As part of the transponder process, we are building systems to better facilitate communication, BMX information & rider data.All this allows clubs to have your members updated detail & BMXNZ to give your riders personalised results & easier event entry processes.This is also where all BMXNZ riders **MUST** register their transponder numbers.Firstly your members should log on to the BMXNZ Rider Portal Page at https://nzbmx.club/riderportalYou will need to build a password, so just follow the "I forgot my password" link. If the ID info you use does not work, please click on the helpdesk e-mail link & tell us you licence number, so we can ask some questions to ID you & help you out with th new password. Once this is done, login to the portal. In the portal are various pages,My Profile - check all your details are correct. There are  few fields we will not let you change like DOB, as this is part of our ID systems. If you change anything, remember to hit the SAVE button at the bottom.My Transponders - add your transponder number(s) to this list in the correct places. The system will take up to four transponders.

Club Profile - This is the detail the club system has on hand for your home clubResults - A place where you can review all your results that BMXNZ have received back from the Clubs. This includes NQM Status & soon the Nat Series Status.Surveys - To be used when important feedback is neededCalendar - This is a replication of the Calendar on the www.bmxnz.co.nz websiteAll this info is available for clubs who used the nzbmx/club system. Those clubs that don't can ask about it at the helpdesk on helpdesk@nzbmx.clubPlease pass this on to ALL you members to complete.CheersDion
